of a 2006 study commissioned from Tom Field, Priorities First: Identifying
Management Priorities in the Commercial Cow-Calf Business. A ten-minute,
self-assessment tool that allows producers to rank their strongest and weakest
areas of 15 management categories. Enabling them to identify strategies to make
changes in management to increase profits.
