The Oregon Cattlemen’s Association (OCA) will hold their Annual Convention and Trade Show at Eagle Crest Resort in Redmond on November 6-8, 2008. OCA’s Convention offers a traditional trade show as well as other promotional opportunities.
Trade show booths will provide an eight-foot booth space including a 6’ table and chairs (electricity and telephone connections are available upon request). Refreshment breaks, continental breakfasts, social hours and speaker sponsorships are also available. See the enclosed registration form for full details on options and prices.
New this year will be the expanded Thursday social held in the Trade Show starting at 4:30 pm along with our oral benefit auction at 6:00 pm! Food stations located throughout the Trade Show will feature the latest Beef Check Off recipes. The meeting agenda is also being revised to allow attendees more time visiting the Trade Show throughout the Convention. Your support is greatly appreciated and we strive to provide ample opportunities for you to promote your services and products.
The trade show vendors will again sponsor the ever popular Friday “Western Fun Night.” The Holiday Ranch in Terrebonne will once again host the event. The evening will include transportation to and from the ranch, a steak dinner prepared by trade show participants, and live entertainment. Included in the booth registration fee, trade show vendors will be provided with drink tickets, which they may hand out to current and potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity to get to know the producers on a more personal level and show your support of Oregon’s cattle industry.
