 When:       November 6-8, 2008 – Booth set up Thursday, Nov. 6 before 3:30 PM.  Move out evening of 7^th or the 8^th.

Where:      Eagle Crest Resort, Redmond             Expected Attendance:  ~350

Hours:       Nov 6:  4:00-7:00 PM, Nov 7:  7:00 AM-5:00 PM, Nov 8:  7:00 AM-6:00 PM

Booth Includes:  8 foot space with a 6’ table, chairs, one Friday lunch ticket and one Friday dinner ticket     

Booth Registration Deadline:  October 6, 2008

Booth Cost:        $375.00 – OCA Associate Council Members

                           $435.00 – OCA Associate Members

                           $485.00 – non-members (includes 2009 Associate membership)

Any materials shipped to Eagle Crest must be labeled with “Oregon Cattlemen’s Association, 11/6/2008”

The Oregon Cattle PAC, Oregon Cattlemen’s Stewardship Fund, & Oregon Young Cattlemen will be holding a silent & oral auction at this year’s convention.  Please ship your donated items to the OCA office by October 27th or deliver them directly to Eagle Crest, Attn: Oregon Cattlemen 11/6/08.
