- 1 cup Dubliner cheese (or sharp cheddar cheese, shredded)
- 6 ounces corned beef
- sauce (Cilantro, recipe follows)
- cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper (seeded)
- 1/3 cup Mazola Corn Oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
